March organizers need a few more volunteers to keep the demonstration moving smoothly. Route Monitors are responsible for directing marchers along the route and assisting with street crossings. Four to six people are needed in this role. Marshals are responsible for safety — defusing any conflict that might arise and connecting with first aid providers if needed. Four to six marshals are needed. Training is provided.
